A Review of Communication Elements and Learner Support
Services in Turkish Distance Education System
Abstract
The aim of this study is to
review the Turkish distance education system, Open Education Faculty (OEF), from
the point of view of the communication’ elements and learner support services.
The study ,firstly, introduces the related literature and the growth of distance
education in Turkey; explains generally the communication and interaction
processes ;then review the communication’ elements related
to the support services in
Turkish distance
education system, OEF.
