The editorial team performs a preliminary check for:
Plagiarism (using appropriate software)
Compliance with submission guidelines
Relevance to the field of educational technology
Overall clarity and academic tone
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to 2–3 peer reviewers from the editorial board or expert reviewers in the field.

Originality and contribution to the field
Methodological soundness
Theoretical framework and analysis
Clarity of presentation and language
Reviewers submit recommendations:
Accept as is

Based on reviewer feedback, the editor communicates the decision to the author, including reviewer comments and detailed suggestions for revision (if applicable).
Authors are asked to revise the manuscript according to reviewer comments and resubmit the revised version along with a response letter outlining changes made.
The editorial team or original reviewers review the revised manuscript.
If all revisions meet expectations, the paper is accepted for publication.
The accepted manuscript undergoes language editing, reference checking, and layout formatting for publication.
The author receives a final proof for approval and is asked to confirm no further changes are needed.
The final version is published online in the upcoming quarterly issue (January, April, July, or October).
Published articles are indexed and made freely available on the journal’s open-access platform.
Peer-review duration: Approximately 3–8 weeks
