4. Authorship and Ethical Guidelines
TOJET maintains the highest ethical standards in publication. Authors submitting to TOJET must adhere to the following authorship and ethical guidelines:
Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. TOJET does not accept duplicate, redundant, or previously published manuscripts.
Authorship Criteria: Only individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research (conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study) should be listed as authors. All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.
Plagiarism Policy: All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant similarity to previously published work will be rejected.
Multiple Submissions: Simultaneous submissions to other journals are strictly prohibited.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript.
Ethical Clearance: Studies involving human participants must include evidence of ethical approval from relevant institutional review boards or ethics committees.
5. Submission and Review Policy
TOJET employs a double-blind peer review process. Every submission is reviewed anonymously by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. The review process typically assesses:
