- Defining and maintaining the journal’s scope and editorial policies in line with international academic standards.

- Overseeing the peer review process to ensure fairness, transparency, and scholarly rigor.

- Making final decisions on manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.

- Coordinating with editors, associate editors, and the editorial review board to maintain the quality and integrity of the publication.

- Representing the journal in national and international academic communities, conferences, and indexing bodies.

- Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, such as those of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
